Your Work Inspires provides career and business negotiations coaching and training for women and communities of color.

In addition to data and dollars, we also focus on the psychology and emotions behind the process of negotiations.

Our mission is simple:

Close the wage gap and wealth gap for women and communities of color—regardless of job title or industry.

Our approach is holistic:

We help assess limiting money beliefs and address negative thought patterns.

We then apply constructive strategies and activate positive communication outcomes.

Our goal is this:

Help more women, especially women of color, negotiate with clarity and confidence so that we can get more of what we want—for ourselves, our families, and for the rest of our lives.
